Event Description:
Caren Mercer-Andreasen brought the first professional artist to Prosser, and we want to honor her efforts. Historic Downtown Prosser is now working with Julie Mercer to have Prosser named a Creative District.  This year, the profits of this event will go to the Creative District Committee to help with any initial cost of getting solidified in Prosser.
