Safe Trick-or-Treat on Halloween Night from 5-7 at the Prosser VFW. Come down and see the true ghost and ghouls at the Prosser VFW. They are having their first annual haunted house - a safe environment for the children to trick-or-treat. It's Free and open to the public. Parent daycare in the bar while the kids venture through the haunted house!
