Event Description:
To all Food Booth Vendors,
 We reserve the right to choose the assortment of entries to help maintain a variety of tastes.
- Participants are responsible for all Health, FDA, and city permits or regulations
- Electrical outlets are VERY limited. Please use gas grills and propane tanks where possible so we can reserve electrical for lighting needs.
- A copy of your health permit (food handlers card) must be received in the Prosser Chamber office by August 1st, 2018
- We have very limited water access at this event. If you require water hook-ups, please speak directly to the event chairperson at the time of application.

Booth Fees and Set Up:
- Space is approximately 10’ x 10’ and cost $75.00.
- Any vendor booth or food trailer encroaching on the 10’ x 10’ space (such as room for propane tanks, set up, entry, etc.) will require two spaces for $100.00 fee.
- NO REFUNDS will be given once your application is accepted
- Set-up time is 10:00am to 1:00pm on the day of the event. You must be set-up and your vehicle moved to the designated parking area by 1:00pm.
- Booths will be set up around the parameter of the field with breweries and distilleries interspersed between food vendors.
Food vendors are responsible for your own canopy/cover, tables, and lighting (the festival extends into the evening hours).
- The festival will be at the Prosser Wine & Food Park on Lee Road in Prosser, WA.
- Large food booth trailers will be placed strategically so as not to visually block other booths.
