2018 Beer & Whiskey Festival Food Vendor Application
We reserve the right to choose the assortment of entries to help maintain a variety of tastes.
- Participants are responsible for all Health, FDA, and city permits or regulations
- Electrical outlets are VERY limited. Please use gas grills and propane tanks where possible so we can reserve electrical for lighting needs.
- A copy of your health permit (food handlers card) must be received in the Prosser Chamber office by August 1st, 2018
- We have very limited water access at this event. If you require water hook-ups, please speak directly to the event chairperson at the time of application.
