A Meal to Remember
Thanks to our amazing friends at Castle Event Catering‘s 13 Bones Urban BBQ, when you purchase a meal for yourself and your family at $35, a generous portion of your purchase will go directly to supporting our hospice patients and families during this difficult time.
We are also offering the opportunity to purchase for $60, your meal and a full meal for one of our hospice families.
Meals will be delivered to the Heartlinks office (204 W. 2nd Street Grandview), your home or a designated location on March 24, 2023. All gifted meals will be delivered straight to our patients’ homes. Meals are packaged, ready to cook and frozen with cooking instructions.

$35: Creamy Gouda Macaroni & Cheese topped with Apple and Cherry Wood Smoked Pulled Pork (feeds 4 – 6). Cornbread topping and coleslaw on the side.
$60: Creamy Gouda Macaroni & Cheese topped with Apple and Cherry Wood Smoked Pulled Pork (feeds 4 – 6). Cornbread topping and coleslaw on the side. AND a full meal delivered to a hospice patient and their family.
$20: Add on – Irish Cream Brownies (feeds 4).
